Purpose

To authorise the appointment of
Traffic Environment Systems (TES) as the provider for ANPR Parking
Enforcement vehicles.
 

Decision

To approve the appointment of
Traffic Environment Systems (TES) as the provider for a trial ANPR
(Automatic Number Plate Recognition) equipped parking enforcement
100% electric vehicle and any subsequent ANPR Enforcement
vehicles.
 
To delegate authority to the
Head of Legal Services to enter into any proposed legal agreements
relating to and flowing from the appointment of Traffic Environment
Systems (TES) interests noted at 2.1.
 
To delegate authority to the
Head of Commercial Services to carry out consultation and publish
notices relating to and flowing from the use of ANPR Enforcement
vehicles (if applicable).
