Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Joel McKevitt of
Bispham ward has requested:

(i)              
£713.36 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Parks department, towards the cost of a Daffodil
project in Bispham ward.
 
Councillor Mel Fenlon of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)              
£600.00 as a ward councillor donation to St
Peter’s Church, towards the cost of food over the Christmas
period.

(ii)            
£292.00 as a ward councillor donation to Revoe
Social Group, towards the cost of a Christmas meal for the Memory
Lane club.
 
Councillor Jim Hobson of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)              
£600.00 as a ward councillor donation to St
Peter’s Church, towards the cost of food over the Christmas

(ii)            
£292.00 as a ward councillor donation to Revoe

of Clifton ward has requested:

£997.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Lightworks, towards the cost of a
Christmas tree on Langdale
Green.
 
Councillor Paula Burdess of
Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
£997.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Lightworks, towards the cost of a
Christmas tree on Langdale
Green.
 
Councillor Diane Mitchell of
Waterloo ward has requested:

(i)              
£1440.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Lightworks, towards the cost of
Christmas trees in Waterloo ward.
