Purpose

To consider the representation
and alternative options of the advertised proposed restriction on
various roads in respect of Erith Grove.

Decision

The Cabinet Member agreed the recommendations as
outlined above namely:

 
           
1 To consider the proposal, the representations made in respect of
the proposed Amendment No 4 Order in respect of Erith
Grove.
 
           
2. To not proceed with the making of the order as originally
envisaged in respect of Erith Grove having given due consideration
to the representations.
