Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

 
Councillor Jon Bamborough of
Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)              
£191.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Bispham Endowed School, towards the cost of new
dictionaries.

(ii)            
£225.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Parks Services, towards the cost of after school
gardening sessions.
 
Councillor Jo Farrell of
Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)              
£191.00 as a ward councillor donation to

Councillor Kathryn Benson of
Layton ward has requested:

£60.00 as a ward councillor donation to Print
Blackpool, towards the cost of orders of service for Black History
Month.
 
Councillor Adrian Hoyle of Park
ward has requested:

(i)              
£1994.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Lightworks, towards the cost of Christmas tree in Park
ward.
