Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Joel McKevitt of
Bispham ward has requested:

(i)              
£1446.12 as a ward councillor donation to
Cavendish Park Bowling club, towards the cost of a refurbishment of
a function room.
 
Councillor Paul Wilshaw of
Bispham ward has requested:

(i)              
£1446.12 as a ward councillor donation to
Cavendish Park Bowling club, towards the cost of a refurbishment of
a function room.

(ii)            
£2936.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Waste Services, towards the cost of a waste
amnesty in Bispham ward.
 
Councillor Paula Burdess of
Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
£1052.22 as a ward councillor donation to
Friends of Little Marton Windmill, towards the cost of
CCTV.
 
Councillor John Boughton of
Layton ward has requested:

(i)              
£285.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Layton Together, towards the cost of lights and a PA system for
Layton lights switch on.
 
Councillor Kathryn Benson of
Layton ward has requested:

(i)              
£285.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Layton Together, towards the cost of lights and a PA system for
Layton lights switch on.
 
Councillor Gillian Campbell of
Park ward has requested:

(i)              
£1994.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Lightworks, towards the cost of Christmas tree in Park
ward.
 
Councillor Carl Mitchell of
Squires Gate ward has requested:

(i)              
£450.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Parks Services, towards the cost of park ranger
