Purpose

To
consider the disposal of land at Woodhouse Farm, Blackpool Old
Road, Poulton-le-Fylde on the terms set out in the appendices. The
land has been designated as EEA land (ecological enhancement area)
as part of the outline planning approval for the housing
development.
 

Decision

To proceed with the disposal of
the EEA land at Woodhouse Farm, Blackpool Old Road,
Poulton-le-Fylde, on the terms noted in Appendix B to this report,
to the joint housing developers who purchased the housing
development land. The Council is contractually obliged to dispose
of the EEA and this decision is to seek authority to terms being
agreed.
