Purpose

To authorise the issue of
licence to grant use of the site for secure vehicle parking for
Triangle Attractions Ltd and their event traders for the duration
of the Christmas By The Sea 2025 event.
 

Decision

To approve the issue of a
licence granting Council permission for use of the old Bonny Street
Market site as a privately secured vehicle parking area for use
only by Triangle Attractions Ltd and their associated
traders.
 
To delegate authority to the
Head of Legal to enter into any proposed legal agreements relating
to and flowing from the appointment of Triangle Attractions Ltd as
temporary licence holders for the use of the Council land for
parking of vehicles only as interests noted at 2.1.
