Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Ivan Taylor of
Claremont Ward has requested:

(i)              
£75.00 as a ward councillor donation to Mardis
Gras Hotel, towards the cost Christmas party selection
boxes.

(ii)            
£100.00 as ward councillor donation to
Claremont First Step Community Centre, towards the cost of
selection boxes.
 
Councillor Lynn Williams of
Claremont Ward has requested:

(i)              
£75.00 as a ward councillor donation to Mardis
Gras Hotel, towards the cost Christmas party selection
boxes.

(ii)            
£100.00 as ward councillor donation to
Claremont First Step Community Centre, towards the cost of
selection boxes.

recommendation as outlined above namely:
