Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Paul Wilshaw of
Bispham ward has requested:

(i)              
£300.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Highways, towards the cost of 'Community Concern Speed Area' Signs
for Norcliffe Road.
 
Councillor Laura Marshall of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£100.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Highways, towards the cost of 'Community Concern Speed Area' Signs
for Bryan Road.

(ii)            
£112.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Friends of Layton Rec, towards the cost of Christmas switch on
resources.

(iii)           
£151.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Boys and Girls Club, towards the cost of selection boxes
and decorations.
 
Councillor Matthew Thomas of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£100.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Highways, towards the cost of 'Community Concern Speed Area' Signs
for Bryan Road.

(ii)            
£112.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Friends of Layton Rec, towards the cost of Christmas switch on
resources.

(iii)           
£151.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Boys and Girls Club, towards the cost of selection boxes
