Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.

Councillor Kim Critchley of Hawes Side ward has requested:

(i)               £2740.00 as a ward councillor donation to Community and Environmental Services, towards the cost of a sensory garden in Crossland Road Park.

Councillor Neal Brookes of Hawes Side ward has requested:

(i)               £2740.00 as a ward councillor donation to Community and Environmental Services, towards the cost of a sensory garden in Crossland Road Park.

Councillor Jon Bamborough of Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)               £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to Highways, towards the cost of resurfacing a passageway.

(ii)             £125.00 as ward councillor donation to Friends of Moor Park, towards the cost of selection boxes for Bispham switch-on.

Councillor Jo Farrell of Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)               £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to Highways, towards the cost of resurfacing a passageway.

(ii)             £125.00 as ward councillor donation to Friends of Moor Park, towards the cost of selection boxes for Bispham switch-on.

Councillor Graham Baker of Stanley ward has requested:

(i)               £1994.00 as a ward councillor donation to Lightworks, towards the cost of a Christmas tree in Stanley ward.

Councillor Jason Roberts of Stanley has requested:

(i)               £1994.00 as a ward councillor donation to Lightworks, towards the cost of a Christmas tree in Stanley ward.

Councillor Simon Cartmell of Waterloo ward has requested:

(i)               £1440.00 as a ward councillor donation to Lightworks, towards the cost of a Christmas trees in Waterloo ward.
