Purpose

To seek approval for the
appointment of Critiqom Limited Trading as Mail Metrics
(“Critiqom”) to deliver the provision of Specialist
Printing Services for – Annual Council Tax Bills, Annual
Business Rates Bills, Annual Housing Benefit and Annual Council Tax
Reduction Scheme Letters, plus Daily Council Tax and Business Rates
Documents, including Council Tax Reduction letters.
