Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Jon Bamborough of
Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)              
£2431.80 as a ward councillor donation to
Groundworks, towards the cost of a maintenance officer for the
North Blackpool Pond Trail.

(ii)            
£342.59 as a ward councillor donation to
Kincraig Water KCA, towards the cost of a disabled fishing peg at
Kincraig Water.
 
Councillor Jo Farrell of
Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)              
£2431.80 as a ward councillor donation to

Councillor Emma Ellison of
Norbreck ward has requested:

(i)              
£1000.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Bispham with Norbreck Gala Committee, towards the cost of security
and safety officers at Bispham Gala.

(ii)            
£1404.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Thornton Cleveleys Running Club, towards the cost of ‘Leaders
in Running Fitness Course’ for 8 people.
