Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Matthew Thomas of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£137.50 as a ward councillor donation to St
Kentigerns Church, towards the cost of annual room hire for
Brunswick monthly ward surgery.
 
Councillor Laura Marshall of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£137.50 as a ward councillor donation to St
Kentigerns Church, towards the cost of annual room hire for
Brunswick monthly ward surgery.

(ii)            
£97.99 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde Volunteers Centre, towards the cost of a
replacement gazebo.
 
Councillor John Boughton of
Layton ward has requested:

£702.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Layton Community House, towards the cost of flooring
repairs.
 
Councillor Kathryn Benson of
Layton ward has requested:

£702.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Layton Community House, towards the cost of flooring

Councillor Graham Baker of
Stanley ward has requested:

(i)              
£160.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Marton Moss Neighbourhood Forum, towards the cost of annual website
maintenance and running costs.

Victoria ward has requested:

£658.00 as a ward councillor donation to Holy
Cross Church, towards the cost of supplies for the weekly soup
kitchen.
 
Councillor Danny Scott of
Warbreck ward has requested:

£209.50 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Tabernacle Church, towards the cost of children’s
bibles.

(ii)            
£280.89 as a ward councillor donation to 51st
Blackpool Scout Group, towards the cost of activity
equipment.
 
Councillor Michele Scott of
Warbreck ward has requested:

£209.50 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Tabernacle Church, towards the cost of children’s
bibles.

(ii)            
£280.89 as a ward councillor donation to 51st
Blackpool Scout Group, towards the cost of activity
