Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Matthew Thomas of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£266.50 as a ward councillor donation to
Friends of Layton Rec, towards the cost of a community Easter
event.
 
Councillor Laura Marshall of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£266.50 as a ward councillor donation to
Friends of Layton Rec, towards the cost of a community Easter
event.
 
Councillor Jon Bamborough of
Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)              
£300.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Groundworks, towards the cost of additional funding for a
maintenance officer for the North Blackpool Pond Trail.

(ii)            
£423.59 as a ward councillor donation to Fylde
Coast Women’s Aid, towards the cost of products for the
Women’s shelter.
 
Councillor Jo Farrell of
Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)              
£300.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Groundworks, towards the cost of additional funding for a
maintenance officer for the North Blackpool Pond Trail.

(ii)            
£423.59 as a ward councillor donation to Fylde
Coast Women’s Aid, towards the cost of products for the
Women’s shelter.
 
Councillor Simon Cartmell of
Waterloo ward has requested:

(i)              
£585.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Parks department, towards the cost of a new bench
for Watson Road Park.
