Decision

namely:
To
agree to the Community and Environmental Services proposed fees and
charges for Public Protection and Enforcement for 2026/27, which
are detailed in Appendix ‘A’.

agree that the fees charged can be varied by the Director for
Community and Environmental Services, following consultation with
the Cabinet Member for Community Safety, Street Scene and
Neighbourhoods as a result of market changes.
