Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Mel Fenlon of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)              
£300.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Memory Lane Group, towards the cost of a coach to Bury
market.
 
Councillor Jim Hobson of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)              
£300.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Memory Lane Group, towards the cost of a coach to Bury
market.
 
Councillor Kim Critchley of
Hawes Side ward has requested:

(i)              
£200.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of an alley clearance.

(ii)            
£515.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Community and Environmental Services, towards the
cost of two benches at Bridge Farm Recreation Park.
 
Councillor Neal Brookes of
Hawes Side ward has requested:

(i)              
£200.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of an alley clearance.

(ii)            
£515.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Community and Environmental Services, towards the
cost of two benches at Bridge Farm Recreation Park.
 
Councillor Carl Mitchell of
Squires Gate ward has requested:

(i)              
£175.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Highways department, towards the cost of a
‘H’ marking outside South Shore Methodist
Church.
 
Councillor Mark Smith of Talbot
ward has requested:

(ii)            
£1250.00 as a ward councillor donation to St
John's School, towards the cost of a Rock Academy.
 
Councillor Jane Hugo of Talbot
ward has requested:

(i)              
£1250.00 as a ward councillor donation to St
John's School, towards the cost of a Rock Academy.
 
Councillor Fred Jackson of
Victoria ward has requested:

(i)              
£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to Revoe
Learning Academy, towards the cost of new uniform.

(ii)            
£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool and Fylde Street Angels, towards the cost of
refurbishment.
 
Councillor Pam Brookes of
Victoria ward has requested:

(i)              
£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to Revoe
Learning Academy, towards the cost of new uniform.

(ii)            
£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool and Fylde Street Angels, towards the cost of
refurbishment.

(iii)           
£200.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Broadway Stars, towards the cost of venue hire.
