Purpose

To agree to the use of specific
legal agreements to enable the efficient operation of The Robinson
business hub, specifically office leases, meeting room hire
agreements and co-working agreements.  
 

Decision

 
To approve the use of specific
legal agreements and associated terms and conditions to enable the
efficient operation of The Robinson business hub, to
include:

Robinson office lease agreement

·      
Robinson meeting room hire agreement (for the six
available meeting rooms)

·      
Robinson Co-working agreements for both flexi and
dedicated desks - seven separate agreement templates for the
different packages available at The Robinson.  See appendix 1 – Robinson Co-work and
Meeting Rooms. 

·      
Car park licences for the 7 available
spaces.
 
To approve the use of wet
signatures to authorise agreements until such time an online
digital authorisation process is live.
