This report updates EX17/2023
and the Officer Non-Key Decision of 27th September 2021.
Decision
To agree and approve the
entering into an Agreement for Lease, and agreeing the terms of a
Lease with the Blackpool and the Fylde College in order to enable
the construction of the Multiversity.
To
authorise the Head of Legal Services to enter into any legal
contracts and/or documentation required to implement this
decision.
