Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Mel Fenlon of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

£200.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Communications and Regeneration, towards the cost
of new books for Revoe library.

Groundworks, towards the cost of a pond trail officer for 12
months.

(iv)           
£300.00 as ward councillor donation to
Groundworks, towards the cost of supplementary funding towards a
pond trail officer.

(v)            
£225.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Parks Services, towards the cost of an outdoor
tap for the Friends of Devonshire Rock Gardens.
