Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2026/2027. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.

Councillor Mel Fenlon of Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)                  £250.00 as a ward councillor donation to Revoelution, towards the cost of a community picnic event.

Councillor Jim Hobson of Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)                  £250.00 as a ward councillor donation to Revoelution, towards the cost of a community picnic event.

Councillor Kim Critchley of Hawes Side ward has requested:

(i)                  £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of an alleyway clearance.

Councillor Neal Brookes of Hawes Side ward has requested:

(i)                  £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of an alleyway clearance.

Councillor John Boughton of Layton ward has requested:

(i)                  £301.47 as a ward councillor donation to Adult Services, towards the cost of a community photography project.

Councillor Kathryn Benson of Layton ward has requested:

(i)                  £301.47 as a ward councillor donation to Adult Services, towards the cost of a community photography project.
