Purpose
The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2026/2027. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.
Councillor Joel McKevitt of Bispham ward has requested:
(i) £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to 1st Bispham Scouts, towards the cost of a new front door.
Councillor Paul Wilshaw of Bispham ward has requested:
(i) £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to 1st Bispham Scouts, towards the cost of a new front door.
Councillor Jon Bamborough of Ingthorpe ward has requested:
(i) £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to 1st Bispham Scouts, towards the cost of a new front door.
(ii) £585.86 as a ward councillor donation to Blackpool Polar Bears, towards the cost of travel and uniform for the swimmers at the national games.
Councillor Jo Farrell of Ingthorpe ward has requested:
(i) £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to 1st Bispham Scouts, towards the cost of a new front door.
(ii) £585.86 as a ward councillor donation to Blackpool Polar Bears, towards the cost of travel and uniform for the swimmers at the national games.
Councillor Danny Scott of Warbreck ward has requested:
(i) £1375.00 as a ward councillor donation to St Stephen on the Cliffs Church, towards the cost of redecorating the community hall.
(ii) £216.00 as a ward councillor donation to Gynn Square Memorial Group, towards the cost of new notice boards.
(iii) £31.50 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of plants for planters on Devonshire Road.
Councillor Michele Scott of Warbreck ward has requested:
