Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor

covered for the financial year 2026/2027. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing

funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.

Councillor Lynn Williams of Claremont ward has requested:

(i)                  £51.63 as a ward councillor donation to Westminster Primary Academy, towards the

 cost of costumes for Claremont Gala.

Councillor Ivan Taylor of Claremont ward has requested:

(i)                  £51.64 as a ward councillor donation to Westminster Primary Academy, towards the

cost of costumes for Claremont Gala.

The Deputy Leader of the Council agreed the recommendation as outlined above namely:
