Purpose

To seek authority to enter into an Agreement for Lease and/or grant a ground lease of land adjacent to Blackpool Sports Centre, West Park Drive, Stanley Park, Blackpool, FY3 9HQ, to Soul Padel Limited for the development and operation of a padel facility, in accordance with the Heads of Terms at Appendix A (Confidential).

Decision

To approve the entering into of an Agreement for Lease and/or the granting of a ground lease of land adjacent to Blackpool Sports Centre, West Park Drive, Stanley Park, Blackpool, FY3 9HQ, to Soul Padel Limited on the terms set out within the Heads of Terms at Appendix A (Confidential).

That the Head of Legal Services to authorised to confirm the final legal structure after consultation with Property and Asset Management, subject to the agreed Heads of Terms and any necessary due diligence.
