Purpose

To seek approval for officers to proceed with the statutory consultation and advertisement in respect of the proposed Section 16A, as detailed within this report in respect of the Armed Forces Parade on the Promenade.

Decision

To authorise the closure on the road pursuant to the provisions in the road traffic regulation order and notify relevant parties of the closure.

To authorise the Head of Legal Services to seal the above order.
