To seek approval for officers to proceed with the statutory consultation and advertisement in respect of the proposed section 16A, as detailed within this report in respect of Claremont Gala.

Decision

To authorise the statutory consultation of the section 16A, the Borough of Blackpool (Various Roads) (Temporary Prohibition of Though Traffic) Claremont Gala Order 2026.

To authorise the Head of Legal Services to seal the Section 16A.
