Purpose

To consider approval for a proposed joint response from Lancashire Councils to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government on the requests for views on matters that will be necessary for the Secretary of State to consider in any Structural Changes Orde (SCO) in relation to local government reorganisation.

Decision

To agree, following consultation with the Leader of the Council, to the

proposed joint response from Lancashire Chief Executives to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government on matters that will be necessary for the Secretary of State to consider in any Structural Changes Order.
