Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2026/2027. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.

Councillor Jon Bamborough of Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)                  £200.00 as a ward councillor donation to Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Filipino Bayanihan Community, towards the cost of the Barrio Fiesta event.

Councillor Jo Farrell of Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)                  £200.00 as a ward councillor donation to Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Filipino Bayanihan Community, towards the cost of the Barrio Fiesta event.

Councillor John Boughton of Layton ward has requested:

(i)                  £50.00 as a ward councillor donation to Layton Library, towards the cost of plants for a hidden garden.

(ii)                £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to House of Wingz, towards the cost of painting a container in Kingscote Park.

Councillor Kathryn Benson of Layton ward has requested:

(i)                  £50.00 as a ward councillor donation to Layton Library, towards the cost of plants for a hidden garden.

(ii)                £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to House of Wingz, towards the cost of painting a container in Kingscote Park.

Councillor Adrian Hoyle of Park ward has requested:

(i)                  £665.00 as a ward councillor donation to Clifton Rangers JFC, towards the cost of new football kits and a team building trip.

Councillor Gillian Campbell of Park ward has requested:

(i)                  £665.00 as a ward councillor donation to Clifton Rangers JFC, towards the cost of new football kits and a team building trip.
