Purpose

To consider the representation and alternative options of the advertised proposed restriction on various roads in respect of Valeway Avenue.

Decision

The Cabinet Member resolved as follows:

To consider the proposal, the representation made in respect of the proposed Amendment No 9 Order.

              To proceed with the making of the order as originally envisaged having given due consideration to the representations

              To authorise the Head of Legal Services to seal the order which is currently in draft and has been consulted on.

              To note that other than the restrictions proposed for Valeway Avenue, no negative representations have been made to the Amendment Order and therefore the rest of the order has been confirmed as originally advertised.
