Purpose

To seek approval for officers to proceed with the statutory consultation and advertisement in respect of the proposed Section 16A, as detailed within this report.

Decision

1. To authorise the statutory consultation of the section 16A, The Borough of Blackpool (Lord Street) (Part) (Temporary prohibition of Through Traffic and Direction of Travel) Rainbow Quarter Community Event Order 2026.
2. To authorise the Head of Legal Services to seal the Section 16A.
