Decision

The Cabinet Member agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:

1. To approve the Elective Home Education (EHE) Policy and Procedure with effect until the 31 December 2026.
2. To support the implementation of the policy across all schools and partner agencies and endorse the continued development of multi-agency oversight and quality assurance arrangements relating to children who are electively home educated.
