Decision

The Executive agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:

1. To agree the 40 new build two bed properties at Royal Gardens, Bispham, are received from the developer by the Council. 

1. To approve the principal of appropriation of 40 new build two bed homes into the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) pursuant to s19(1) of the Housing Act 1985.

1. To delegate authority to Director of Place to take receipt of the first 10 properties in the financial year 20026/2027, and the remaining 30 units when completed by the market house builder, in-line with delivery phasing and subject to the financial parameters outlined in the report including the use of retained Right to Buy receipts.
