Purpose
To seek approval for officers to proceed with the statutory consultation and advertisement in respect of the proposed section 16A, as detailed within this report in respect of the Colour Run.
Decision
- To authorise the statutory consultation of the section 16A, the Borough of Blackpool (Unnamed Access Road – Starr Gate) (Temporary Prohibition of Though Traffic) Colour Run Event Order 2026.
- To authorise the Head of Legal Services to seal the Section 16A.
