Purpose

To seek approval:

·      to appoint HOCHTIEF Data Centre Partner UK Ltd (“HOCHTIEF DCPUK”) as the successful bidder following the completion of the procurement exercise to appoint a delivery partner for Phase 1 of Silicon Sands

·      to enter into a contract with a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) – Silicon Sands (DCPUK 01) Ltd. (“the SPV”) – to deliver Phase 1 of Silicon Sands.  The SPV will act as the investment and holding vehicle comprising the following entities:

o   HOCHTIEF PPPS GmbH

o   TRITAX Big Box REIT Plc

·      to prepare the relevant legal documentation to formalise this relationship

Decision
