To seek approval for the purchase of 14 Linden Place by the Council through the Housing Revenue Account (HRA).

Decision

That the property at 14 Linden Place is purchased by the Council through its Housing Revenue Account (HRA) for £62,000 using Retained Right To Buy receipts in line with the already approved Council Housing Investment Programme (CHIP).
