Purpose
The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2026/2027. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.
Councillor Mel Fenlon of Bloomfield ward has requested:
(i) £968.75 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of an alley gate repair.
(ii) £1382.50 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of a replacement alley gate and lock.
Councillor Jim Hobson of Bloomfield ward has requested:
(i) £968.75 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of an alley gate repair.

Councillor Laura Marshall of Brunswick ward has requested:
(i) £65.00 as a ward councillor donation to Print Blackpool, towards the cost of Brunswick community garden leaflets.
Councillor Jon Bamborough of Ingthorpe ward has requested:
(i) £850.80 as a ward councillor donation to St Bernedette's Parish Players, towards the cost of a new hearing loop system.
Councillor Jo Farrell of Ingthorpe ward has requested:

Councillor Jane Hugo of Talbot ward has requested:
(i) £214.62 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of an alley clearance.
