Purpose

To seek authority to accept a grant agreement for the Adult Skills Fund (ASF) for the 2026-27 academic year from the Lancashire Combined County Authority (LCCA).

Decision

1. To authorise acceptance of the Lancashire Combined County Authority (LCCA) Adult Skills Fund Grant Agreement for £720,613 covering the 2026-27 academic year.
2. To authorise the Head of Legal to execute the agreement.
