Purpose

To seek approval and instruction to authorise the sale of the residential development plot, Eastern Gateway as per the attached terms.   

Decision

To confirm approval to proceed with the disposal on the terms set out in Appendix C (EXEMPT)

To authorise the Head of Legal Services to enter into the legal documentation required to implement this decision.
