Purpose
The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2026/2027. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.
Councillor Joel McKevitt of Bispham ward has requested:
(i) £159.00 as a ward councillor donation to Active Communities, towards the cost of summer sports sessions on Cavendish park.
(ii) £543.52 as a ward councillor donation to Parks Services, towards the cost of a planting project on Red Bank Road.
Councillor Paul Wilshaw of Bispham ward has requested:
(i) £159.00 as a ward councillor donation to Active Communities, towards the cost of summer sports sessions on Cavendish Park.
Councillor Laura Marshall of Brunswick ward has requested:
(i) £881.41 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of two new bins for Devonshire Road and Peter Street (retrospective application due to a delay with paperwork).
(ii) £80.00 as a ward councillor donation to Print Blackpool, towards the cost of Brunswick football leaflets.
Councillor Matthew Thomas of Brunswick ward has requested:
(i) £881.41 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of two new bins for Devonshire Road and Peter Street (retrospective application due to a delay with paperwork).
Councillor Alistair Humphreys of Clifton ward has requested:
(i) £318.00 as a ward councillor donation to Active Communities, towards the cost of sports sessions in Mereside.
Councillor Paula Burdess of Clifton ward has requested:
(i) £318.00 as a ward councillor donation to Active Communities, towards the cost of sports sessions in Mereside.
Councillor Dave Flanagan of Greenlands ward has requested:
(i) £800.00 as a ward councillor donation to Fylde Memorial Arboretum, towards the cost of grass cutting.
Councillor Emma Ellison of Norbreck ward has requested:
(i) £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to Bispham with Norbreck Gala, towards the cost of security arrangements (retrospective application due to a delay with paperwork).
