Purpose

To
authorise the Head of Legal Services to put in place the
Consolidation Order along with proceeding to advertisement of any
required order which is needed in connection with the Consolidation
Order and the map based schedules shown on Appyway and/or to standardise terms, exception, and
static provisions across the borough and where no objections are
received to proceed to make all relevant orders.
 

Decision

 
To
authorise the consultation and publication of any proposed
amendment orders to deal with inconsistencies in drafting of
definitions and exemption and where no objections are made to
proceed to the making of any necessary order
 
To
authorise the consultation and publication of any proposed orders
required to put in place and standardise on street static
provisions across the Borough and where no objections are made to
proceed to the making of any necessary orders.
 
To proceed
with the making of the Consolidation Order subject to putting in
place other required orders as noted.
