Purpose

To seek approval from the Director of Community and Environmental Services to give public notice of the Council’s intention to establish a Zebra crossing on Whinpark Avenue.

Decision

To authorise the Head of Legal to place a notice in the Blackpool Gazette, detailing the Council’s intention to establish a Zebra crossing on Whinpark Avenue. The notice shall include information contained within Schedules 1, 2 & 3.
