To seek approval to enter into an exclusivity agreement between the Council and a party (referred to within the report), upon the expiry of the existing exclusivity agreement, for land located outside Blackpool Town Centre, on terms set out within this report.

To authorise the Head of Legal Services to process and conclude the necessary legal documentation.
