Decision

The Executive agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:

1. To note the consultation findings and amendments made in response to the strategy as summarised in paragraph 13.1 of this report and Appendix 4b, to the Executive report.
2. To adopt the Blackpool Heritage Investment Strategy 2026–2031 at Appendix 4a, to the Executive report, with effect until 31 December 2031.
3. To note that delivery will be phased to reflect available resources, with proposals requiring additional funding or other approvals brought forward separately.
4. To delegate authority to the Director of Place, after consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member, to make minor editorial, design and formatting amendments before publication, provided these do not materially alter the adopted vision, priorities or strategic framework.
