Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2026/2027. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.

Councillor Paul Wilshaw of Bispham ward has requested:

(i)          £250.00 as a ward councillor donation to Blackpool Brass Band, towards the cost of a workshop.

Councillor Mel Fenlon of Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)          £250.00 as a ward councillor donation to Wholehearted Community Choir, towards the cost of running costs and Pantomime tickets.

Councillor Jim Hobson of Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)          £250.00 as a ward councillor donation to Wholehearted Community Choir, towards the cost of running costs and Pantomime tickets.

Councillor Adrian Hoyle of Park ward has requested:

(i)          £2073.00 as a ward councillor donation to the Illuminations Department, towards the cost of Christmas Trees in Park ward.

Councillor Gillian Campbell of Park ward has requested:

(i)          £2073.00 as a ward councillor donation to the Illuminations Department, towards the cost of Christmas Trees in Park ward.
