Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2024/2025. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Ivan Taylor of
Claremont Ward has requested:

(i)                 
£1,920.00 as a ward councillor
donation to Claremont Park Community Group, towards the cost of
Claremont Gala Fun Fair rides.

(ii)               
£100 as a ward councillor donation
to Blackpool Brownies, towards the cost of embroidery of t-shirts
and sweatshirts.
 
Councillor Lynn
Williams of Claremont Ward has requested:

(i)                 
£140.00 as a ward councillor
donation to the Fylde Coast Hindu Society, towards the cost of an
Indian Cultural Festival on the Comedy Carpet.

(ii)               
£1,920.00 as a ward councillor
donation to Claremont Park Community Group, towards the cost of
Claremont Gala Fun Fair rides.

(iii)             
 £100 as
a ward councillor donation to Blackpool Brownies, towards the cost
of embroidery of t-shirts and sweatshirts.
