Purpose

To seek approval to enter into
an Oversailing Licence, to allow a
tower crane to oversail an area of
Stanley Park Golf Course, Blackpool, associated with remedial works
to Blackpool Victoria Hospital.

Decision

To
enter into an Oversailing Licence in
order to allow a tower crane to oversail an area of Stanley Park Golf Course,
Blackpool, associated with remedial works to Blackpool Victoria
Hospital.  
 
To
authorise the Head of Legal Services to process and conclude the
required Crane Oversailing
Licence.
