Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2026/2027. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.

Councillor Mel Fenlon of Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)          £345.50 as a ward councillor donation to Illuminations, towards the cost of a Christmas Tree outside Revoe Library.

(ii)         £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to House of Wingz, towards the cost of a mural in South Shore.

Councillor Jim Hobson of Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)          £345.50 as a ward councillor donation to Illuminations, towards the cost of a Christmas Tree outside Revoe Library.

(ii)         £500.00 as a ward councillor donation to House of Wingz, towards the cost of a mural in South Shore.

Councillor Alistair Humphreys of Clifton ward has requested:

(i)          £1036.50 as a ward councillor donation to Illuminations, towards the cost of a Christmas Tree in Clifton ward.

Councillor Paula Burdess of Clifton ward has requested:

(i)          £1036.50 as a ward councillor donation to Illuminations, towards the cost of a Christmas Tree in Clifton ward.

Councillor John Boughton of Layton ward has requested:

(i)          £1036.50 as a ward councillor donation to Illuminations, towards the cost of a Christmas Tree for Layton square.

(ii)         £675.00 as a ward councillor donation to House of Wingz, towards the cost of painting benches and planters in Kingscote Park.
