Purpose

To consider agreeing the Blackpool Borough Council, Layton Ward (Restricted Access) Public Space Protection Order 2026 (PSPO) for a period of three years from 28 October 2026.

Decision

To approve the PSPO attached at Appendix A.

To delegate to the Head of Legal Services, authority to seal the order.

To delegate to the Head of Public Protection and Enforcement, authority to advertise the order.
