Purpose

To consider agreeing the Blackpool Borough Council, Anchorsholme Ward (Restricted Access) Public Space Protection Order 2026 (PSPO) for a period of three years from 28 October 2026.

Decision

To approve the PSPO attached at Appendix A.

To authorise the Head of Legal Services, authority to seal the order.

To authorise the Head of Public Protection and Enforcement to advertise the order.
