Purpose
To seek authority to
lease vacant office space on the First Floor at Bickerstaffe House
to a public sector partner agency – details outlined in Heads
of Terms attached at Appendix A.
Decision
The Cabinet Member
agreed the recommendation as outlined above namely:
To
lease the vacant first floor office space at Bickerstaffe House to
the public sector partner agency as referenced in the Heads of
Terms at Appendix A for a term of 10 years effective from 1st July
2024.
