Purpose

1.1           
To approve the 2024 Bus Service Improvement Plan, as
required under the Government’s National Bus Strategy
(2021).
 

Decision

The Chief Executive
agreed the recommendation as outlined above namely:
           
1.    
To approve the draft 2024 Bus Service Improvement
Plan (BSIP). (Appendix A to the report).

 
2.    
To authorise the Director of Communications and
Regeneration, after consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Levelling Up - Place, to approve any minor changes to the 2024 Bus
Service Improvement Plan prior to publication.
